These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Prudwi.com, operated by Prudwi Arts & Culture Private Limited. ("Prudwi", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order on Prudwi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Product Information

All products sold on Prudwi.com are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, finish, dimensions, weight, and appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the products.

3. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prudwi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if required.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be completed before order processing begins. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

After 24 hours, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Once production, packing, or dispatch has begun, refunds will not be possible.

6. Customized Orders

Customized orders are specially created based on customer requirements.

If a customer cancels a customized order after placing it, 10% of the order value or the actual design, mould-making, casting, and processing charges incurred by Prudwi (whichever is higher) will be deducted before processing any eligible refund.

Once casting, production, or customization work has substantially progressed, cancellation and refund may not be possible.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to production schedules, logistics, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers agree to wait patiently for customized products, as handcrafted idols involve multiple stages including design, mould making, casting, metal work, engraving, polishing, and finishing.

Prudwi shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

8. Damaged Products During Transit

If a product is received damaged due to shipping or transit, the customer must notify Prudwi within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

After verification, Prudwi will arrange a replacement product of the same item or equivalent value.

Refunds will not be provided for transit damage claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

Prudwi's liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

Prudwi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this website.
